2011 Tour de France Video Coverage

2011 marked the 6th year we have produced daily online video content at the Tour de France. This year was a little different in that we only attended the 1st half of the race with the VeloNews crew. After the start of stage 11 we headed to the train station on route to Paris and flew back to Colorado the following day. All told it was a very exciting first 10 stages of racing. United Healthcare Pro Cycling

In February we attended the United Healthcare Pro Cycling team training camp in Tucson, Arizona. We were there to capture video from some of their training rides as well as put together individual rider interviews. The video content was used in a number of ways including web video, a TV commercial and during a team / VIP event on a flat panel display.

Here is a collection of shots from 2-days of training is Tucson. Elements of this video were used in a TV commercial that was broadcast during the 2010 Amgen Tour of California.

2008 Tour de Georgia

We returned from the 7 stage Tour de Georgia having produced and delivered over 75 videos on VeloNews TV of behind the scenes action from the race. The project and trip were successful with highlights being the start off the coast of Tybee Island, the Team Time Trial at Road Atlanta, and of course the decisive stage up Brasstown Bald.

Cult Cross – Cyclocross Series

Cult Cross is a new 3-day spring cyclocross series in Eagle & Gypsum, CO organized by Larry Grossman. We are producing a 30-minute program that will air on the RSN television network starting in mid-April. We will also have select clips available for online viewing and a DVD is in the works.

The video above is a highlight of the March 15th race in Eagle, CO. Once we are finished with the project we will post a comprehensive description of the process and details involved in this production. Stay tuned!
